Maybe I've just watched too much*
ER**, but the top half of the photo (the branches against the bright sky) reminds me of a screenshot from a
cardiac catheterization right when the contrast is injected to show the coronary vessels.***
* Or....... not enough (because 15 seasons is just. not. enough.)
** The best show to ever exist.
